A one-mile physical fitness trail is located at the Dam Area Central Day-use Area. This trail is located on semi-flat terrain and has 18 exercise stations with each station offering three stages of difficulty. This trail is sure to meet the demands of the novice to the advanced physical fitness enthusiast.
