Old Capitol Inn

We are delighted that you chose our “Inn” as your home away from home. Many guests ask about the building that houses our quaint establishment. Built in 1952 the building was home to the YWCA (Young Women’s Christian Association) which rented dorm style rooms to young women who had relocated to Jackson from small rural Mississippi towns to work. Today, it has been beautifully renovated into Jackson’s only designer boutique hotel. For your convenience, we have three separate room types for you to select from: The Whirlpool Tub/Honeymoon Suites, One-Bedroom Suites, and Standard Accommodations. This hotel does not allow pets. This hotel does have electrical outlets on the outside of the hotel in gated parking.
